This is a core focus area for Tricap. Our experienced team has been operating in the real estate sector since 1995, during which time we have structured and launched several real estate platforms mainly targeting the GSA (General Services Administration) sector of the US government. We also have considerable experience in structuring and acquiring properties in the US commercial real estate sector.

Our investment strategy in the real estate sector is conservative, with a focus on income-producing assets with long-term leases. We minimize credit risk by leasing the properties either to US government agencies and departments or investment-grade corporates.

We also have extensive experience in the real estate sector in Dubai. We have structured and advised on a number of large real estate projects the city’s residential, commercial and hospitality segments.
